Is it true that breastfeeding lose weight?
The reason I ask is b / c my son is now a month and havent lost the weight I've lost at birth! (Baby and placenta) and was wondering if it's really true, b / c do not feel like it is for me ….
may be true for many … this is not a guarantee weight loss program. is no guarantee that it will not until their weaning period, or solids from 6-7 months. burn an extra 500 calories per day, while Breastfeeding … It is therefore possible that weight loss occurs. but often a nursing mother is hungry and tired, leaving a bit of exercise and diet! you should wait until at least two months before attempting weight loss measurements and the nurse is well established. If you are interested: following orders your doctor regarding the exercise is concerned, and diet during breastfeeding out here: http://www.kellymom.com/nutrition/mom/mom-weightloss.html

Very confused and scared now. Please someone help me !!!!! Thanks!
