My New Years resolutions are keeping a food journal and giving up my favorite drink….Diet coke ;(
Last year I let go of eating at fast food resturaunts. I haven’t had Mcdonalds in 4 years…..
So 2008 is my year for eating healthier, I don’t have any weight issues however, my cholesterol, triglycerides etc have not been up to par…..

This year its to learn to control myself with certain foods. I cant eat just one cookie/cracker/chip/slice of pizza I binge on them. Last weekend I ate a whole pan of rice krispy treats just b/c they were there.
