Is it true that breastfeeding lose weight?
The reason I ask is b / c my son is now a month and havent lost the weight I've lost at birth! (Baby and placenta) and was wondering if it's really true, b / c do not feel like it is for me ….

Will I lose weight walking 10 miles a day?
I really want to lose weight before returning to school .. I remember that (like 2 weeks ago) walked 10 miles on the treadmill in a day. And it felt really good and I burn like 1400 calories. The only problem is the day my legs wrong .. werent no damage my abs instead. My mother worried she'll hurt me, but I think I'm good. What do you think?

I always 100% fruit juice. I know it's sweet But focus on eating less addictive things and I think a sweet drink, but good to help moderate, but again could well allow me to maintain my weight and I want to lose weight. What do you think soooo you? good idea or not?
The main objective, if the plan is to reduce body fat, you should reduce the simple sugars of all forms. would be much better to eat whole fruit juice then.
