How can I lose weight with diabetes 2.?
First of all I cannot lose weight because my pancrecas will not release sugar and my liver produces too much sugar. No diet can help me until these problems are under control. In one week I will attend a three hour seminar that my doctor will hold for diabetic patients. He will give us a program to follow where we can lose weight and eat what we want to. Until I hear what this plan is I decided to eat normally. In doing to I have gained five pounds. I understand that fiber plays a big role in losing weight, but fiber foods are high in carbs. I do not want to gain another five pounds within this next week so what foods loaded with fiber can I eat. I am afraid that when I eat carbs I get fatter and fatter, but fiber is the way to go. The doctor’s patients lose weight like crazy, but until I find out what this plan is, what should I eat. I am so confused. Thank you.
