Can anyone recommend a Wii Fit for me?

the summer and want to become stronger with Wii Fit, I have to lose weight because im have 2 pounds fact, only be strengthened since the middle of my life, I would not do all the sports activities in all material n 'because I used to have a condition thats completely gone now. So at clairify Im 14 now and I hope someone can give me a Wii Fit program for a boy of 14 who wants to be more strong. Thanks 4 times

I hate to say. wii fit but do not really make you stronger. they really only get in shape and keeps you fit. Only that will make stronger, which is in the bends. You can also make the rate of weight boxing. free movement or running one of the weights. but if you just lift weights all day as a muscle that you'll notice this month.
