I currently weigh 190 wear a size 14 and im 5’7..i just had my 3rd baby 1 month ago.i wanna lose weight as quickly as possible. i just purchased the billy blanks elite boot camp dvd collection. i need some tips. what meal plan should i stick with? eating 3 melas a day,more protein,little meals throughout etc? how often should i do the dvd workout each day and how many days a week to see weight loss? are there any safe effective weight loss meds like slimquick that i could use? what about drinking green tea? also,i wanna get to 150 lbs..how long do u think it will take working out and eating right? please answer as much as u can,thanks =)
