Junk food or empty calories provide no real value to you and your weight-loss goals. 

The final part of the puzzle is clearly going to be your workout plan. While it can be possible to lose weight without an exercise plan in place, it is not recommended. Make sure to set up plenty of exercises to lose weight.

Having a mixture of a good diet and exercise plan set in place sets the foundation for a healthy life-style

Counting calories, keeping track of the source of your calories and the exercise plan need to be implemented as a whole, in order to achieve maximum results.
