Repost: Best mineral and herbal supplements to ….? hypothyroidism
I am currently Gugglipid, Tonalin CLA, fish oil, calcium citrate, Hoodia, multivitamins for women, and nearly TOM evening primrose oil. I feel like I need more energy and burning metabolic want a little more. I do an hour of cardio Three times a week or more and weights 2x a week. My sleep is not good as it should and I really want to stay away from pills and do things to promote energy natural and then sleep well at night. Yes, I'm in the armor. 60 mg per day, said Dr. levels are very good. Sorry. Synthroid as I did nothing for me. I feel like need more energy and brain fog is so bad.
Just because the doctor says your rates are fine, do not. When Armour, free T4 should be at least half end and free T3 at the high end or slightly more. If your doctor is adjusting your armor of TSH, it is likely undermedicated and therefore you still have problems. As for supplements, selenium can help the conversion of T4 to T3. I am hypothyroid and also in the armor. I take many supplements, as well as elements essential thyroid, digestive enzymes, essential fatty acids, Biflex Oste, C, Tri-fiber, complex B, D, calcium and magnesium and iodine. I'm sure my T4 midrange was open and free T3 high pressure in the range before starting the iodine and make sure I had iodine deficiency first.
